Our Development Service Dog Program is designed for individuals who already have a dog they would like to train for service work. Before entering the program, each dog completes a Service Dog Assessment to evaluate their temperament, trainability, environmental stability, and overall suitability for the work.

Once accepted, the program is broken into three Board & Train stays and three private lessons, focusing on the core areas of service dog training: basic obedience, individualized service tasks, and public access.

During each Board & Train, your dog receives focused professional training with our team. Following each stay, you’ll complete a private lesson where we teach you how to work with your dog and continue developing and maintaining their skills at home.

This program combines professional training with active handler involvement to help develop you and your dog into a successful working team.
